How to name and edit voice memos made by iphone on desktop mac

Tried Get Info. It won't let me change the default name. Could not figure out how to edit audio on the phone. Is there a good App for the desktop?

Mac mini, macOS 10.14

You can always edit the name of a Voice Memo from iPhone itself

Do you know how to edit. I find it hard to believe that you can effectively edit a one-hour presentation on the tiny iPhone 5s. I have imported the file to my desktop computer and I am looking for an inexpensive editor. I don't need anything fancy, I just want to edit out noises and off-topic remarks. Anyone know a good desktop audio editor for Mac?
