How to restore Iphone?

My Iphone was disabled due to several failed passcode attempt made by my child when he hold my iphone. what can i do to restore it? please help . thank you!

i tried your advices but when im on the middle of restoring my Iphone, an error notification appears . i keep repeating again and again but still the error keep on appearing....
