how to include etrecheck report (on my iMac) in my question to the community

I have a slow iMac and I have a etrecheck report. When I copied and tried to paste the report in my question to the community I got a response asking me to reduce the message in size. So as a result I couldn't post it.

Is there another way of getting my report included in my message other than copy and paste?
