I ran EtreCheck and copied the report but there was no menu bar with “Additional Text” box in sight.
I saved it as a “Text Edit” file. How can I post it to the Community now?

You're report looks OK. Your biggest bottleneck is a very slow 5400 RPM hard drive.
It may be one of the configuration files that's causing the slowness when it happens.

Also, Google Keystone is a resource hog and HP device monitor is unnecessary.
You fellow users that have participated in this thread will respond with comments about the content of the EtreCheck results; possibly other fellow users, but Apple is not involved, and will not contact you.
As mentioned your rotation disk is slow, even for rotation disks.
Also, it w could just be old, and taking a long time to retry some reads, which could slow it down more.
Your Mac would benefit significantly if you replaced the disk with an SSD.

Just enter anything you like in the title. Maybe "Report"
Add a note, error log, etc. is where you paste the content of your clipboard (the report).
Add a title, then paste the report into "Add a note..."
