iPhone XS showing only 3,67Gb Ram
In Geekbench, my phone shows as having only 3,67 gb of Ram memory. Is this normal?

That depends on what units its measured in by the geekbench app. If if it's measured in binary, where 1K = 1024 bytes, then it is correct. 3.67 GB in base 2 GB is 4 GB in base 10.
