You can't buy more memory.
You would have to get a new phone. The internal storage can not be increased.
If you bought it from the Apple Store, then look at the box. It specifies how much storage it has.
Note that the box in the photo you posted is NOT an Apple retail box.

I bought this iPhone X from an Apple store in New York. Bought to give a relative. Now this phone is in the office and I'm on vacation. A relative wants to know how much memory because it is important to him. And I don’t remember because I bought it several months ago. Can I find out remotely by the serial number which on the box is the amount of memory???

It is possible, the storage capacity is stored in the serial number. So is the manufacturing date of the phone and other information. Enter your Serial Number here: https://www.imei.info/apple-sn-check/
If you tap Settings > General > About you can see the "Capacity" of your iPhone X as well as the "Available" space left on it.
Not shown on the iPhone but memory related is that the iPhone X had 3GB of RAM and the Apple A11 Bionic chip inside.
