Every time I FaceTime someone it comes up as my Apple ID

Everytime I FaceTime someone it comes up as my Apple ID instead of my number. I went into my settings and I can’t tap on my number to be reach there instead.

Activate iMessage.

Settings > Message > iMessage [enable]
