The message of "There's a problem loading this content" keeps coming out for some videos files when you use the Apple Lighting to HDMI cable connect to a TV. Other iPhone works perfectly. It looks like there is bug on the app. Is there any workaround? It works on VLC app.

After further testing this is cause by the Apply iPhone new TV app that does not HEVC format when using Lighting to HDMI cable to an external TV. VLC apps works with the HEVC and the Lighting to HDMI cable adapter. The Issue is cause by the Apple TV iPhone app.
I found the reason the Apple TV app that replaced Video app didn't work because the file format is x.265 (HEVC). Even though the iPhone XR can play HEVC file the cable can only work with x.264 format. I will test further on VLC to see it works with HEVC.
