Every time I try to download something it says “your account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes”. I have already renewed my password, logged out, and signed up again, but it doesn’t help. What can I do to fix it?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
