Email needed

Yesterday, I reported a warranty on my sons XR, because of the phone not turning on. After I completed it, it said I would receive an email, but I havent, and I need one because we had to get a borrowed phone from our local cspire store, and they requested that I print off the email.

I think the email was sent to rachel......@gmail rather than rachael.......@gmail. The email would have probably bounced back to apple. Replacement phone Good morning I was on the phone yesterday with a customer representative she told me I was going to receive an email for my replacement phone I needed to enter in my credit card information but I never received that email. Is this something you can help me with?

what is what is the email address to send a receipt into apple support as the one my son wrote down does not work? He was told to send in a copy of the sales receipt which he left at my place, but the address he gave me to email the receipt to does not work. Could I please get the proper email address so he can get his phone repaired?

You would need to contact whoever you originally contacted to put in the service request. If that was customer service, contact them again.
