Replacement phone

Good morning I was on the phone yesterday with a customer representative she told me I was going to receive an email for my replacement phone I needed to enter in my credit card information but I never received that email. Is this something you can help me with?

Email needed Yesterday, I reported a warranty on my sons XR, because of the phone not turning on. After I completed it, it said I would receive an email, but I havent, and I need one because we had to get a borrowed phone from our local cspire store, and they requested that I print off the email.
