Traditional Arabic font for Word 2016

Word 2016 has supported Arabic since version 15.20 of March 2016. Is yours that version or higher?

If not, you need to update. If yes, there must be a font issue. Do you have the same problem when using the font Geeza Pro?

Since Word is a Microsoft product, you really should ask them for assistance.

Contact Microsoft for support of their products.

It doesn't work correctly because Microsoft has yet to support Arabic fonts.
