Being hacked or not

Hi,i had a call that was stored at my phone in the name of my father and i answered but was somenone else!!and when i paid attention to the number it was something new and i have never saw that he was strange but i dont know how it is stored at my contacts and had name of my father???

is that possible that my phone has been hacked?im so frightend.could you please help me ?
