I got a new iPhone 6 and my new iPhone won’t let me set up Touch ID it says failed and I tried resting all the settings and it comes up unable to activate Touch ID on this iPhone is there any suggestions you could give me or help me in anyway I bought it to the shop and they could not fix it and I’m haveing greyed out problem with my FaceTime icon as well can somebody please help me
