Disintegrated phone?
Hello, I was just wondering if it’s normal for a iphone 6s to basically disintegrate? The shop that I got this from doesn’t want anything to do with it. Many thanks.

"Disintegrate" doesn't tell us anything. In order for that to actually happen, you'd have to pour acid on it.
The only other thing that could possibly fit is you had a battery burnout. Lithium and oxygen don't mix. It creates a battery fire.
