Batch selecting entire clip(s) that have been previously keyworded

I'm am trying to drag large groups of clips from the browser to the timeline to create a series of timelines of "Rushes" ie. all clips in their entirety - no subclipping.

Some clips drop in from "media start to media end" Others just subclipped or keyworded sections.

Note: I have none of the disclosure triangles toggled open in the browser so I am clicking the clip at its "clip name" level. I have "All Clips" selected in Browser and have tried dragging clips from within Event and from Library level

It appears to me that it may default to the last Keyword selection I viewed from that clip.

Do I need to keyword the entire clip before doing any other sub selection?

Multiple selections in clips in the browser are persistent. You can select a clip in the browser and press X to drop the selections. You can also use continuous playback in the browser to play through the rushes.

Thank you Tom.

So to clarify, I must select each clip individually and press x? Shift Clicking to select several and pressing x isn't possible?

No problem, just a bit tedious. In future the first keyword I generate will be for the entire clip so that I can do this much more easily. I realize that I can more also stay within the browser playback mode to screen but my need for the "rushes" project is to export some metadata via xml for a client for each batch of clips.

Thank you once again for your prompt reply
