Apple Watch does not give me exercise credit for my indoor walk workout. No matter what I do I do not get full credit. Very frustrating! It used to!

When you say indoor walk are you walking hard enough to get you heart rate up of just strolling?
I can stroll around for an hour and get nothing, yet on the tread mill pushing it and I get all my time.
Yes. My treadmil speed is set to 2.8 - 3.0 mi/hr which is much faster than just a stroll for me. I get full credit for all other workouts that I do, e.g., strength training, elliptical, and indoor cycling.
Try a reset by pressing in the crown and side button until you see th Apple logo, then release both.
tried resetting several times, still nothing.
