First Payment not refunded

Both the times the changes were done by me to start the course on udemy app. My first payment was confirmed but hasnt shown any course on my course list. Second time the payment was successful and was fine.But the problem is I have lost my first payment money and it was processed through itunes. I want my money refunded.

We are fellow users, these are user forums, nobody on here can refund anything. If the first payment was successful (e.g. it shows on the account's purchase history and wasn't just a temporary store holding charge) contact iTunes Support.
