have an iMac mid 2010, had epson nx420 for years printing scanning wirelessly until today. followed online instructions to remove printer from list and pick it again with bonjour, but get error msg stating unable to find software from software site. Tried attaching usb cable, but still not working. Any ideas out there? thank you

Is your 2010 iMac running macOS 10.13 (High Sierra) as per your tagline? Did you verify that you Mac is running the very latest printer drivers for this version of macOS from the Epson support site? Did this printer just stopped working randomly or after you performed a software update on your Mac?
Thanks for your help. Running 10.13.6. Seems to be happening after update. Appears Epson only has fevers for 10.13. Able to print from phone, but had to put in IP address, which didn’t work on I mac. Just states unable to add printer because software site doesn’t have software
Since this printer is configured to connect to a wireless network, do you have it set up to have a static local IP address or is it using DHCP to get its address? If the latter, I suggest that you use a static IP address instead to make it "easier" for network clients to locate it.
