I was subscribe to Apple Music by monthly pay and I didn’t have the money to pay for the month right away. A week later I paid for it again but none of my saved music was there(over 500 songs). It would be great if I could have those songs put back onto my phone somehow

If you re-subscribe within 30 days, then you should get back the same filled iCloud Music Library and playlists. After that time, this information is no longer saved.
