Annoying loud notification sound after payment on App Store..
Still unable to turn off Apple Pay notification sound after a payment. Very annoying to other people in same room.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I see you have a concern over the sound when a transaction completes with Apple Pay on your iPad, and I'd like to help as much as I can.
As it turns out, disabling the sound when an Apple Pay transaction completes is not an option under Settings > Notifications or Settings > Sounds. However, you can mute your device before completing the transaction, or turn on Do Not Disturb.
You can also leave Feedback for Apple Pay to Apple.
