To make it completely clear, any reputable brand power adapter with a 5volt USB port will be compatible with your Apple Watch charging cable and should be capable of charging the watch. Apple branded devices are of course preferred, and it would be wise to avoid cheap and nasty unbranded power adapters with unverifiable claims for safety approvals.
