Phone not rebooting.

This morning my phone would let me open it but i can not click on any apps. I tried rebooting it but it will not allow me to. I tried doing the up and down with the volume , still nothing. If anyone has any other ways to get the phone to reboot would be great.

Try a forced restart, tap the up volume button, then tap the down volume button, then press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
