disabled ipad
My Ipad is disabled and will not connect to iTunes to allow me to restore
iPad, iOS 10
Follow the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
Make sure you are running the latest version of iTunes on your computer (v12.9.x)
