I would like to repair my phone and ask about weather I have a warranty or not?

Navigate here Check Your Service and Support Coverage and enter the serial number of the device and the code that is shown to check service and support coverage.

A warranty would take care of manufacturing defects. If you caused a crack, you will need to cover its repair cost.

Visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center with the iPhone and they will tell you the price.
