Help transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone

I got a new iphone and wanted to transfer my date from my old telephone to the new one. My old phone was last backed up in Dec 2018 and so that’s the only info that was transferred by the store. I have since purchased more cloud space and backed up everything. My question is how do I finally place all the newly backed up data onto the new telephone?
