Full screen mode on

I accidentally turned on my full screen mode on by clicking something on my keyboard, but I prefer to see the tabs I'm using on the internet. Please how do I change it back?

Often times Command-Control-F will toggle out of full screen mode.
Escape for somethings also works.
Sometimes pushing the mouse to the top of the screen will cause the menu and the window stoplight buttons to appear. Then you can click on the green button.
