ACTIVATION LOCK
i have an ipad my doughter changed my user id and created one for it and then she forgot it we have now reset it but its asking for the apple id where can we get assistance.

Tell her to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, or the iPad’s original owner to supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
