apple tv no itunes store account?

I have problem with signing up on my apple tv 4th generation.

When i enter my apple id and password it tells me that i dont have itunes store account, but i have it and when i go on pc to my apple account there it says that im conected to apple tv!!?

I dont understand what i need to do to make it work!

Ps: my apple Id is brand new, never used on any devices except on apple tv.

if someone now how to fix this, it would help me big time!

Did you fill in all the details for your Apple ID? Billing address, payment method (even if its ‘none’)? An iTunes Store account will need those details.

Your Apple ID account is needed in at least two places: for iCloud and for the iTunes & App Store. Optionally also for Game Center and Home Sharing.

Apple TV: Settings﹥Accounts﹥

If you just started with a new Apple TV, then you are eligible for complementary support. Phone support may be able to look at your account records to see what is missing or what needs fixing.
