Alarm started on unscheduled day
As shown on screenshot below, alarm started on Friday 8am! But I never scheduled that day. Please help. It’s breaking my day off sleep.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that the alarm you have set for 8:00AM every day except for Friday has gone off on Friday unexpectedly. I know it's important for your alarms to sound as they're scheduled; I'd like to help. First, I'd recommend using the resources below to close the Clock app, restart your iPhone, then test to see if the behavior returns.

If the behavior continues, I'd recommend removing the alarm you have set, then set up another for the preferred days and test again:
