How do I share my iTunes music with my child?
He is already part of my family sharing but he can’t access any of my music.

They are iTunes store purchases, and they are still in the store (and you haven't hidden them ) ? Do you have sharing of your purchases enabled on your account, and he is selecting your id in the Purchased section in the store : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support ?
