different accounts

I travel between US and austria continuously and would like to have two seperate accounts on my devices, pertaining to the respective countries with separate credit cards issued in the respective country. I also want to keep all the movies and music I bought on my devices. I only have one e-mail address.

What do you suggest I should do?

Can I use one iCloud account for devices bought in 2 different countries? I have a Macbook Air and an iPad (2018) that I bought when I lived in Canada. Now that I'm back in the US, I have to get a US iPad because I have to open a separate Apple store account in order to use US funds; Apple will not let me do that using a Canadian registered device. My question is: can the devices from two separate countries share an iCloud account? I still travel frequently back and forth between Canada and the US, spending multiple months in each when I travel. 2 AppleIDs from 2 countries - Can I consolidate? Is there such a thing as a global AppleID? I'm an American living in Scotland. I have been able to add country-specific apps from both sides of the Atlantic (had to create a UK AppleID to get UK-based apps) but I want to use the same AppleID for all of them. For example, I am able to use my banking apps from US and UK...but I had to download them from the country-related App Store. I want only one AppleID... is this possible?

Should I use two Apple ID if I travel between countries I am spending my time in between two countries and having trouble with some apps that are not available for the other country. Is creating a second apple id a good workaround for the problem with the apps not being available. Or will it cause too many problems? thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You'll need to get another email address and create another Apple ID if you want 2 separate accounts.
