iTunes refund for movie rental not watched?

I rented a movie in iTunes but never watched it in the 30 days and now it has expired.

I can't remember if I started it for perhaps 1 minute or not. Basically, I just never got around to watching it.

Is this something I am able to get a refund (or re-rental for free) for, or is this not really a valid reason?

Thanks!

Only Apple can tell you whether its a valid reason or not. Personally, I would not think its good enough but you never know.
