An app got updated recently and it made half of the things I use in it
paid. Now I don't want to spend 20$ on some premium so I decided to
revert it to the older version, but the methods I found don't work
anymore. Any help please? I can't even find the app in itunes to get
it's IPA file.

And isn't there any option like deleting the app and installing the old version via what I have in my itunes from the last sync? I wanted to do thath, but there's no window with apps as it used to be...
If you don't have a copy of the previous version of the app on your computer you can't.
If you don't have a copy of the old version of the app on your computer no - the actual apps aren't included in a backup, so restoring to a backup won't do it.
