IPhone XR turning on and off continually
My phone is attempting to turn on/off continuously an I cannot do anything with it. How can I fix this?

Sounds like it is stuck in a boot loop
This may or may not fix the issue
- Press and release the volume up button.
- Press and release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the button
