How do I get a VAT Receipt for my App Store Developer Account Charge?
There should be a link on my account to a printable invoice for my annual subscription charge but I can't find it.
iPhone 6, iOS 12
I tried the link you suggested but the support team told me they couldn't help and to should open a ticket here:

This ha been a disappointingly slow and manual process for such a simple requirement.
