APFS Format

how to change USB drive from NTFS to APFS system ?

i've tried many time, but always failed.

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

In Disk Utility, select "Show All Devices" from the View button above the disk list.

Select the USB device from the list and erase it.
