clicking noise under the trackpad mbp

Guys i have a 13inch retina macbook pro 2015 which has a clicking noise inside the trackpad without even touching.. i can use it normal but the clicking noise doesnt stop until i shut down the mac.. i changed the trackpad but still there is a clicking noise..help

Macbook Pro clicking consistently every 5 seconds My mid 2014 Macbook pro, running macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 makes a clicking noise every 5 seconds. It's the same noise (few clicks) every 5 seconds and does this from the second I open the laptop to about a minute after I close it. It's been happening for a while and I've been putting off fixing the issue (which doesn't seem to affect performance at all), but the noise is really starting to irritate me. I can't think of anything specific that caused this. Any thoughts?
