i am buying an ipad 6th generation and pencil from Amazon Digital Services. Does any of the devices have the standard Apple warranty that is covered by Apple directly when i buy the device from Amazon? And if Apple provides a standard Apple warranty, what is the duration?
Amazon provides a 30 day warranty from the day of purchase.
If you buy a factory sealed new device from Amazon directly, you should get the warranty; however, if it is one of the sellers who simply sell their stuff using Amazon, then you may not - depends if the item is brand new and still sealed or is older than the one year Apple warranty. And, Apple's products carry a one year warranty when new. Or, you can buy Applecare+ plan which will extend your warranty to a total of 3 years for a computer or 2 years for an iDevice. You must buy it within 60 days and may have to allow Apple to examine the device (unless you buy it at the same time as the computer directly from Apple).
