A program chrashes in normal and safe mode. pls help

It should connect to internet so I can verify it but the pop up doesn't come. I just get the message it crashes.

It is a updated app for this version.

Hi Bob and community,

thank you for your help. I did a back up of my stuff, and clean whipe the disk, install new os and now the app works. I really dont know what was wrong but it was really my computer. I had no apps that clean or prevent, nor a antivirus or similar. Maby it was just a bug. Thank you once again for your help and have a nice time.

Did their support tell you it's a problem with your computer? Are you having any other problems? Vendors often blame anything other than their apps. Are you running the current version? You could try reinstalling the app.

I'm not surprised that they did not offer help but instead blew you off by blaming your computer. I tried stepping through their online support and it is sad and did not offer any good advice. So did they tell you exactly why their product did not install or did they just blame it on your computer? Ask for a refund and see if they are more helpful.

On a WAG, are you running any third party apps that claim to protect, clean, manage, etc. your computer that may be interfering with the install?

Yes, they told me it was my computer after they tried to install the program themselfs vie temviewer. I don't have any other similar problems. I have the current version of os on my computer. I did reinstall several times, so did they. They also send me a fresh download version with the update and it crashes when I try to open it. It should pop up a window with the authorization, I also quickly see it but then the crash report comes.
