Does an iPhone 7 send a stereo signal when used with a bluetooth receiver?

I am anticipating using a bluetooth receiver to play a signal from my iPhone 7 through my old A/V stereo audio system. Is the bluetooth signal from the iPhone 7 mono or stereo? Will "stereo" sound be heard through the audio receiver and speakers?

Phone 13 Bluetooth not stereo At home I stream music from my iPhone 6s to an older stereo receiver using an Esinkin Bluetooth adapter. This works perfectly. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13. iPhone se 2020 audio output to non Bluetooth car stereo I’m a commercial driver and our truck stereos have Bluetooth disabled. I currently use headphone output to stereo aux jack on my iphone6. Just bought the new se which has no headphone jack. How can I get audio from my new phone to the stereo?
