iPhone se 2020 audio output to non Bluetooth car stereo

I’m a commercial driver and our truck stereos have Bluetooth disabled. I currently use headphone output to stereo aux jack on my iphone6. Just bought the new se which has no headphone jack. How can I get audio from my new phone to the stereo?

Does an iPhone 7 send a stereo signal when used with a bluetooth receiver? I am anticipating using a bluetooth receiver to play a signal from my iPhone 7 through my old A/V stereo audio system. Is the bluetooth signal from the iPhone 7 mono or stereo? Will "stereo" sound be heard through the audio receiver and speakers? Thanks!
