Hey, so the screenshots you provided are from the App Store and -what appears to be- the Xbox app. These two are not necessarily co-related, and really it could just mean you played Minecraft on someone else's device with your Microsoft account signed in.

I've seen the App Store ask for money to reinstall an app like this before. If you have purchased the app before on this App Store account, then you can safely tap on the price tag and approve the "purchase" -App Store will see that you've purchased it before and will download without another charge.
If you're not sure if it was this App Store account you can check your previously purchased apps and re-download from there
If it turns out that you previously downloaded the app on a different account, you'll either need to purchase it on this account or sign in to the account you purchased it on.
