We cannot cancel the Betternet subscription on iPhone. Same with Mindfulness subscription. We have never wanted neither of these apps, but were probably misleaded.
A red unsubscribe area does not show up. We have followeed all other advice.
I have seen the same support issue with Betternet in 2017. Why does Apple still allow them on the Appstore?

I believe i have read all there is to see on this topic including what you send me. Today apple billed me 41 Euro for a ‘present - meditation’ subscription that I do not want. So a solution is rather urgent, thanks for any more help here. Particularly in getting such apps that do not allow cancellation off the Apple store. A quality company like Apple should not deal with such companies. Your support site shows that I am not the first one that have trouble cancelling. Thanks for the help, Jeroen (father of Joshka)
