I am trying to make a purchase on an app for my son and keep getting the message that purchase could not be completed.

Everytime I try and buy something from “roblox” it says that my purchase couldn’t be completed So my son wanted me to buy him something on this mobile game, and when I try to do so it doesn’t let me and only says “purchase can’t not be completed” and contact you guys.

"ROBUX" Purchase can't be completed. "Your Purchase can't be completed" error message on ROBLOX and direct to contact iTunes support. Tried multiple payment methods with same results. Trying to buy "ROBUX" for my son for his birthday.

Here are some things to double check:

Make sure you are signed into an Apple ID with either a credit card, or a gift card balance.
Make sure you are properly connected to the internet.
Restart your iPhone just to see if that will work out any bugs.
