Monitor the laptop usage- please suggest I would like to monitor the usage of my sons laptop, he has a Macbook Pro(macOS Mojave ). He is very proficient with the system, I would like to monitor not just his Internet usage but also the stuff he does in general. He is always on the system and I wanted to make sure he using it wisely. Please let us know your thoughts/suggestions. Thanks in advance.

activity monitor When I run the activity monitor on my MBP, the category "deleted" shows a 30+% usage. What does deleted consist of and why is the usage so high?

If you literally mean everything you did you would have to wade through thousands of log files.

What exactly do you mean by “usage” ? You can just keep track of the time you spend doing something.
