Can I find somewhere the times or duration of my use on the macbook? And maybe my activities too? I lost my hours of work during the months of November & December.

You can check your screen time by following these steps:
If you're using macOS Catalina, go to system preferences, then screen time. It should show all your activity.

Just to clarify, Screen Time would only work if enabled in the first place.
