I tried the free trial period on PicsArt and it charged me 55.99 i tried contacting Apple who denied me a refund stated I've used free trial before. I've never used it. I do recall accidently clicking on it before when I was trying to x out but I immediately unsubscribed. I was not even a day into the free trial and don't use it that much to pay that much for it.

I never used the free three day either problem is it has so many pop ups and when you try to clock out you may have probably clicked the free trial that's what I did and when I saw a charge I went into my Apple pay and found that I accidently enrolled I immediately unsubscribed and when I actually decided to try it I was charged 55.99 I tried to dispute and was told too bad so sad pretty much. Now PicsArt is telling me I'm no longer a member and have to pay again. Still trying to resolve issue good luck
I am senior citizen and unknowingly sign up PicsArt app and billed rs/-1699 on 28-5-2019. And immediately emailed on apple support, but till no response. I didn’t used three days free trial before amount deducted. Pl I request you to refund the amount.
