It is not working. And the only way right click works is pressing "Control" and DOUBLE tap on trackpad.
Not sure what is happening. I have reinstall the system already, still not solved.

Thanks for your reply. I have just figured it out. It is not due to any Mac settings, it is because my chrome extension that had some mouse control. So it works well after I remove the extension.

Check System Preferences > Trackpad Secondary Click setting. The default is tap with two fingers.
