I have to downgrade my iCloud storage Subscription
i tried in settings but I couldn’t downgrade plz help me

Looks like you've already cancelled the auto-renew. Since you've already paid for the storage up to that point, you're going to continue having access to it until 29/05/19. It won't charge you again, and after that it will go back to just the 5GB.
Doesn't seem like you need to take any further action 👍
